The Officers and Members of Satin Slipper NYB would like to congratulate the officers and members of The Downtowners NYB on their first place performance and also Captain Louie Castelli of The South Philadelphia Vikings NYB on his first place captain performance this past New Year’s Day. The Officers and Members of Satin Slipper NYB would like to congratulate one of our very own Joe “Pepe” Rapone on his retirement from the Philadelphia Police Department.

Pepe was a member of the class #302 and served 33 years with the PPD ending with Highway Patrol. Joe was also a member of the Motorcycle Drill team something he is very proud of.

We would like to thank Pepe for his years of service to the great city of Philadelphia and also remind him not to go too far we need you here at 2nd & Dickinson. Enjoy the sun and vacation Yank!
