Hello all, hope everyone is having a good day. Letting everyone know that we still need volunteers and board members for the neighborhood HOA. If you are interested, please send me a DM on this page. Also a reminder that the 2026 HOA dues is $165.00. I will be sending out the date for our yearly HOA meeting held in January as soon as I secure a location for the meeting. I’m hoping we can get the same location as last year. Please consider volunteering. Thanks all!

Happy Halloween neighbors! Today is the BIG DAY for Yorktown Subdivision. Please drive extra slow when entering the subdivision after 5:00. This post is especially important for our new neighbors that hasn’t experienced a Yorktown Halloween crowd. We have the entrances roped off to keep visitors from parking on the grass. Have fun and be safe!
