We thoroughly enjoyed having Central High School culinary arts students at our most recent meeting. These students earned real-world service and catering experience, and our Rotary members had a fantastic lunch! We are thrilled to have student involvement back in our regular meetings!

Thank you to our amazing Phenix City Rotary volunteers and to everyone who supported our fundraiser!

This year’s BBQ fundraiser was a huge success, with 241 plates and 36 whole butts ordered and picked up today! We couldn’t have done it without the incredible Rotarians who volunteered their time yesterday and today to smoke the butts, plate the meals, clean up, and ensure orders were passed out smoothly.

We’re still tallying the final numbers, but it’s clear that we’re going to make a significant impact on our community thanks to everyone’s support. Every plate purchased helps us continue our outreach efforts, and we’re so grateful for your contribution!

🍽️ Phenix City Rotary Club BBQ Plate & Boston Butt Fundraiser 🍽️

It’s that time of year again! The Phenix City Rotary Club is hosting our annual BBQ Plate & Boston Butt fundraiser. Get ready to enjoy some delicious BBQ while supporting a great cause!

🔥 What’s on the menu?

• BBQ Plates: 1/2 lb of mouth-watering BBQ, served with coleslaw and baked beans for just $15.
• Whole Boston Butts: A limited quantity available for $45 each.

🎯 Our Goal:
We aim to sell 300 BBQ Plates and 50 Boston Butts to support our community outreach efforts, including the Phenix City Rotary Resource Closets across Phenix City and Russell County schools.

📅 Pick-up Details:

• Date: Thursday, August 29th
• Time: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Location: East Alabama Board of Realtors Parking Lot, 1906 Crawford Road, Phenix City, AL
