I want to be upfront with everyone about the cost of this event so families understand why support is needed. The estimated cost of the event itself is $9,756. If we request an early venue closure for a lock-in, there is an additional cost of $3,800, bringing the total estimated cost to $13,356 if we proceed with the early lock-in option.
These costs cover the venue, activities, staffing, and student prizes, and they allow us to host a safe, well-organized, and memorable experience for our students. We are working hard to offset as much of this expense as possible through donations and sponsorships so families are not carrying the full financial burden.

The event is scheduled for May 23, 2026, as the venue is unavailable on May 22 due to another school’s reservation.
