HOA Reopening Plan for Amenities
As facilities in the area begin to re-open, the HOA board has been working to ensure that HOA common amenities can be reopened safely as well. Below are brief guidelines and the reopening plans of each amenity. Expect to see updates from the HOA Board on FrontSteps, Facebook and the HOA website as additional information becomes available.
Tennis Court / Basketball Court
- Will open on Thursday June 11th.
- Please follow the signage which will be posted at the courts and practice proper social distancing as suggested by the CDC
- For their protection, do not invite minors (17 and under) to participate in sports without first obtaining parental consent.
Pool
- Will open on Thursday June 11 with limited occupancy. Pool operating hours will be Thursday 8AM-12PM(noon); Friday 5PM-9PM; Saturday/Sunday Noon-9PM
- Pool attendants will be present to grant access to homeowners in and out of the pool and restrooms. They will ensure that we do not exceed the maximum occupancy. They will also ensure that anyone entering the pool has a waiver on file. Only one person at a time, or person with minor(s), will be allowed into the restrooms at a time. The pool attendant will disinfect the restroom after each use. The pool attendant will also disinfect a pool area seat(s)/table(s) after it is vacated and occupants have exited the pool gate.
- Waiver forms will be available online at www.theclubatwellspoint.org, on Frontsteps, and at the pool. Please fill a waiver form online, bring a filled waiver form with you to the pool, or fill one out at the pool before you enter. The online fillable waiver form will be available starting Wednesday June 10th. The paper forms to print and fill will be available starting Tuesday June 9th
- Pool occupancy count will also be available to view online at www.theclubatwellspoint.org. The website will also allow notification of vacancy via email if the pool is too full to accommodate the number of people you plan to bring to the pool. It is recommended to check the occupancy before heading out to the pool.
- All individuals 18 and over will be required to sign a waiver. Parents will need to sign waivers for minors (17 and younger). The waiver form will allow a parent to list the names of all minors on the parent waiver form.
- Please follow instructions on posted signs regarding masks.
- Please note that masks must be worn when interacting with the Pool Attendants.
- Occupancy will be managed to 25% initially (40 people). Please note posted signs, and our website for occupancy updates.
- Pool and/or grill reservations will not be available until further notice.
Clubhouse
- Open for reservation starting Thursday June 11th, but will only support 1 reservation per day, in order to allow professional cleaning to take place before the next event.
- Availability for reservations will be based on the professional cleaning schedule, and will be managed by Prism Realty Management.
- In addition to the standard rental fee, a $125 professional cleaning fee will be required.
- Occupancy will be capped at 25% (20 people) initially. Please note posted signs for occupancy updates.
- Please follow the signage which will be posted at the Clubhouse.
Gym/Workout Room
- Will remain closed until further notice due to our inability to implement the State of Texas minimum recommended health/safety protocols.
