Today, we commemorate Juneteenth—a day that marks the end of slavery in the United States and celebrates freedom, resilience, and progress.

As a Chamber of Commerce, we recognize that thriving communities are built when opportunity, entrepreneurship, and economic growth are accessible to all. Juneteenth reminds us of both how far we have come and the work that continues to create a stronger, more inclusive future for everyone.

We honor the generations of Black leaders, business owners, innovators, and community builders whose contributions have strengthened our local economy and enriched our community.

Today, we encourage everyone to take time to learn, reflect, celebrate, and support Black-owned businesses and organizations that help make our region vibrant and successful.

We wish a happy and safe Juneteenth to all of our PfCC members. Our office will be closed today in observance.

PfCC members attended our June Luncheon last week where they received an extensive presentation from Dr. Adelaida Olivarez on behalf of Pflugerville ISD. The event was packed with information, networking, and a custom sandwich bar!
