Happy Earth Day

Today we pause, not just to plant or praise,
But to remember we are guests in Nature’s ways.
The soil beneath—alive, not dirt—
It feeds our bodies, heals our hurt.

The wind that whispers through the trees
Carries stories older than seas.
The rain that falls on furrowed field
Is promise kept, and harvest sealed.

We do not own this Earth, we tend—
We mend, we grow, we guard, we lend.
Regeneration is our vow,
To act with love, and start with now.

So plant a seed, or lend a hand,
Protect the air, the sea, the land.
For every root and wing and stone—
We share this Earth. It is our home.
