The Midwest is known for its workmanship, pride, and work ethic.

Last week Insulators Local 19 had the honor of hosting this year’s Midwest States Conference and Master Apprentice Competition. We did exactly what we do best, produce world class talent and created an experience of a lifetime.

Sneak peek of last night’s 120th Anniversary.

We had an incredible time with our Local 19 family, friends, partners, and community.

The night was filled with tattoos, fortune telling, caricature drawings, photo booth, smiles, drinks, and nothing but good vibes.

Kicking off National Apprenticeship Week with a shout out to our 5 apprentices (Taylor Walter, Austin Henningfield, Jason Thurman, Jaden Wilkerson, and Brian Hoffman) who competed for a chance to represent Local 19.

Congratulations to Taylor Walter for representing us this week at our Midwest States Conference in Milwaukee,WI.

Apprenticeship is the heart of our union. We are proud of our members for stepping up to showcase our craft.

If you see them at the job site let them know how proud we are.

What a great night at our Annual Christmas Party!

It was great spending the evening with our members and spouses, celebrating another year of hard work and brotherhood/sisterhood. Nights like this are a reminder of how incredible our Local really is.

A huge thank you to our partners, vendors, and friends in the community who donated raffle prizes and helped make the night special. Your support means a lot, and we’re grateful to have you alongside Insulators Local 19.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our Photos with Santa event at Insulators Local 19!

We were thrilled to welcome our members, families, and friends for a festive afternoon filled with holiday activities. From the Letters to Santa workshop to the Cookie Making Workshop by Too Sweet Boutique, and warm drinks provided by La Finca Coffeehouse, the day was full of great moments and community spirit.

Our Christmas Party is THIS WEEK, and we’re kicking off something truly special — our first-ever ongoing Food Drive to support local families in need!

We’re asking every member to bring one nonperishable food item to the party. Just one item from each of us can turn into hundreds of meals when we come together as a union family.

This isn’t just a one-time thing. We’re building a Local 19 tradition — a fun, ongoing way to give back.

So grab a can, a box, or any shelf-stable item and bring it with you on Friday.

Let’s fill the bins, lift some spirits, and kick off our new Food Drive Campaign with a HUGE success! 🥫✨
