Congratulations, Leia Rios 👑❤️✨
What an incredible achievement to be crowned Leia Rios, Miss Wisconsin Teen USA 2026!
Your dedication to serving others, your passion for making a difference, and your commitment to empowering young people have always set you apart. As the Executive Director of Generations Against Bullying, you have already demonstrated leadership far beyond your years, inspiring young people to find their voice, stand up for others, and believe in themselves.
Now, as the first Latina to earn this title in Wisconsin, you are not only breaking barriers—you are creating a platform that can transform lives. At a time when nearly one in three teenagers report being bullied and almost half of all teens have experienced cyberbullying, your voice has never been more important. These statistics represent millions of young people who need hope, encouragement, and positive role models who remind them that they matter.
For years, you have championed GAB's mission of creating Upstanders—young people who choose courage over silence, kindness over cruelty, and action over indifference. Through your leadership, you have helped build a movement that teaches students they have the power to make a difference in their schools, communities, and the lives of others.
The future of Generations Against Bullying is incredibly bright because of leaders like you. You understand that true leadership is not measured by titles, crowns, or recognition. It is measured by the lives you impact, the confidence you inspire, and the courage you help others discover within themselves.
As Executive Director of GAB and now Miss Wisconsin Teen USA 2026, you have an extraordinary opportunity to elevate the conversation about bullying prevention, youth empowerment, mental health, and kindness on a statewide and national level. You are proving that young people are not simply the leaders of tomorrow—they are leaders today.
I truly believe you have the ability to change the world, one child, one classroom, one school, and one community at a time. Through your passion, compassion, intelligence, faith, and servant's heart, you are helping shape a generation of young people who will choose to stand up for others rather than stand by.
The crown is a tremendous accomplishment, but your greatest legacy will be the thousands of young lives you inspire to become Upstanders, leaders, and world changers.
We are incredibly proud of you and excited to see how God continues to use your gifts and talents to impact future generations. The future of GAB has never been brighter, and we know this is only the beginning of an amazing journey.
The crown may rest on your head, Leia, but your heart, character, and commitment to serving others are what truly make you a queen. We cannot wait to see the lives you will continue to change.
Keep dreaming big. Keep leading. Keep inspiring. Keep changing lives. The best is yet to come! ❤️👑✨
On behalf of your GAB family, with love and pride,
Linda Lee 💙🦋
