Summer camp may be over, but the excitement of Scouting is just getting started!

Troop 151 had an incredible time at camp, building skills, earning merit badges, making memories, and strengthening friendships. Now we're looking ahead to a new year filled with camping trips, outdoor adventures, community service projects, leadership opportunities, and plenty of fun.

Scouts attended Spring Camporee at Prides Creek Park this last weekend. Scouts worked on Environmental Science merit badge and participated in the fishing derby. This event had well over a hundred scouts working on nature conservation theme activists.

Scouts - NYLT event
July 7-12, 2025

Ready for your adventure to begin? Ready to receive the message of leadership?

In Hoosier Trails Council, NYLT provides participants with the knowledge and skills required to effectively lead a troop program. Overall, participants will walk away from course with greater confidence in their ability to communicate, teach, and solve problems. Our hope is that each participant takes what they learn and applies their new skills at the troop and district level.
