Grant County Little League has been showing up and showing OUT this All‑Star Season, and we’re excited to share how each team has represented our community with heart, hustle, and pride. 😎

8–10 Baseball ⚾️
These boys battled through the Area Tournament right here in Petersburg—opening with a win over Hampshire before falling to Mineral and Moorefield. (If anyone has a team photo, please send it our way so we can properly spotlight them!)

10–12 Baseball ⚾️
Our 10–12 crew fought hard in Mineral County, dropping a close one to Mineral, bouncing back with a win over Hampshire, and finishing their run against Moorefield in the Runner‑Up game.

8–10 Softball 🥎
These ladies are STILL GOING. After beating Mineral and Pendleton in the District Tournament in Moorefield, they advanced to the Championship Game where they fell to Moorefield—but their story isn’t finished.

They play South Berkeley TONIGHT at 7 PM in Moorefield for the District 6 Runner‑Up title and a trip to the State Tournament. Come pack the stands and cheer them on!📣

10–12 Softball 🥎
This team competed in Moorefield, dropping their first game to Hampshire, battling back with a big win over Mineral, and finishing their tournament with another matchup against Hampshire.

Junior Softball 🥎
Our Juniors earned Area Runner‑Up in Petersburg and advanced to Districts in Moorefield this past weekend, where they faced a tough Hedgesville team.

Senior Softball 🥎
Your District 6 Champions! These athletes defeated South Berkeley last night on their home field and now head to State in Inwood July 10–13. Let’s go, Seniors!🏆

We are incredibly proud of every single All‑Star team—their sportsmanship, teamwork, and determination have represented Grant County in the best way. THANK YOU to the Coaches, Players, Families, and Fans for your dedication! 🙌👏

Keep cheering, keep supporting, and keep celebrating these amazing athletes. ❤️🖤🥎⚾️
