From August 24–September 14, we’re inviting all Pleasants Lane families to join the PTA and help us do even MORE for our Panthers! 💙💛

Is your child riding home in the car line this year? Don’t forget to request your NEW car rider tag number!
⏱️ Why? A numbered system gets students to their cars faster and keeps our pickup line moving safely.
📝 Who? Every family picking up via the car line needs to complete this form (just one form per child).
📌 Note: Last year’s tags cannot be reused

🍎 13 de agosto: Día para Conocer a los Maestros
🎒 17 de agosto: Primer día obligatorio para Pre-K, Kindergarten y 1.er grado
🚌 18 de agosto: Primer día de clases para todos los estudiantes

📌 Recordatorio importante: Todos los estudiantes que pasarán a 3.er grado deben presentar comprobante de residencia para el año escolar 2026–2027.

🍎 August 13: Meet the Teacher Day
🎒 August 17: Mandatory first day for Pre-K, Kindergarten, and 1st Grade
🚌 August 18: First day of school for all students

📌 Important reminder: All rising 3rd graders must provide proof of residency for the 2026–2027 school year.

Before school begins, be sure to download ParentSquare and ClassDojo so you can stay informed about everything happening at Pleasants Lane and across Petersburg City Public Schools.

🍎 Kindergarten Orientation begins at 9:00 AM
