Congratulations to the swim team in sectionals on Saturday.....6th out of 28 teams. Heather Brooks swam her personal best time of 614 in the 500 meter freestyle and her relay group of the 400 meter got 7th overall. Claire Morrow placed 9th overall in her 100 yard fly and her relay group in the 400 also placed 7th. Loren Morrow placed 12th overall in her 500 freestyle. Good job girls!!!!!

Congrats to Ethan Brue for finishing Number 3 in the State Golf Tourney last weekend !!!! Nate Hopper tied for 17th in the State after rain shortened the 2 day event. Looking forward to a strong year next season !!!

Congratulations to the PORTA Girls Cross Country team on winning the Amboy Invitational on Monday!!!! Also congrats to Maria Brauer for WINNING the race, Mackenzie Griffin placed 6th, Adrienne Brauer placed 22nd and the rest of the ladies ran Personal Records! Great job PORTA XC!

Congrats to PORTA/AC Boys Golf on a fantastic season !! The team missed going on to State by 1 stroke on Monday at the Sectional. Individuals Nate Hopper & Ethan Brue did advance to State this Friday & Saturday in Bloomington.....GOOD LUCK GUYS !!!!!

PORTA/AC Boys Golf continue their winning ways this week !! Now 19-1....The boys finished First at the PORTA Invite on Saturday, plus had 2 home wins so far this week. One final meet tomorrow at Crane Creek, then on to regionals at Greenview and Sectionals at Shambolee. GO JAYS !!!

Congrats Girls JR High Basketball on a GREAT win over New Berlin!!! 7th grade girls beat New Berlin 38-10, and 8th grade won 35-19!!
