👏 Please help us congratulate Wally and Karen Scholl as they’ll be receiving the Good Neighbor Award Wednesday night during the Boone County Fair!

Please consider attending the combine derby Wednesday night at 7p and stick around for the award presentation. Help us show the Scholl’s some love for everything they do.

A little backstory: a few years ago we were struggling to find someone to help clean the Village Campus and were trying to take care of this large building ourselves. The Scholl’s saw our need and offered to take it on. The building has never looked better; to say they’ve made our lives easier is a massive understatement. They’re amazing humans who give so freely and advocate for this space on our behalf all the time. They’re truly a gift and we can’t wait to celebrate them!

It's that time of year again! All charitable organizations (based in Boone County) are encouraged to attend a kick off meeting in preparation for the 13th Boone Co. Big Give! This year's giving week is November 30-December 5, 2026.

There are some changes in 2026, including a transition in coordinators so this is the perfect opportunity to meet the people who will be guiding this year's giving week.
