The Veterans’ ACCESS Act doesn’t eliminate the VA or privatize it; it simply offers more health care choices through a community care pilot program.

Community care is when a VA patient receives care in their community through a private insurer (at the VA’s discretion). But under the Veterans’ ACCESS Act, it’ll be the patient’s choice to make, where it belongs.
