At Monadnock Community Hospital, we help new nurses succeed from day one. Our New Graduate RN Program supports your transition from classroom to clinical practice with guidance, structure, and real-world experience every step of the way.

--Minimum 12-week structured, unit-based orientation
--Dedicated 1:1 support with a trained preceptor
--In-house education (telemetry, ACLS, IV skills & more)
--Skills labs, simulation, and classroom learning
--Gradual increase in patient responsibilities
--Ongoing feedback, mentorship, and professional growth

Meet Dr. Henry Lin, a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons joining Monadnock Surgical Associates.

With experience in Bariatric Surgery, Advanced Laparoscopy, General Surgery, and Robotic Surgery, he will be part of an expert surgical team providing compassionate, patient-centered treatment.

Dr. Lin has an impressive medical background, recently having provided care at Tufts Medical Center, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Maine General, Northern Light Health, and more. Before these various roles, he served and achieved the rank of Captain in the Medical Corps of the US Navy, which included deployments to Afghanistan, Africa, Iraq, and Italy. Dr. Lin holds a Doctor of Medicine from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences.

“Surgery is a significant step in a healthcare journey,” says Dr. Lin. “I’m committed to finding where specialized and personalized care intersect for the best possible experience.”

Join us at Monadnock Community Hospital for our Parkinson’s Support Group! The group meets on the first Wednesday of every month, from 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM at the Bond Wellness Center Conference Room. All are welcome, registration is not required.

We welcome patients with Parkinson’s, their families, and caregivers to a supportive space for open conversations and peer support. Each session features rotating guest speakers, offering valuable insights and shared experiences.
