Jake Carver - what a talent! Now this certainly belongs in some skiers yard - a Tahoe cabin - A Tahoe lovers home and it reminds me of a Cherokee Parable .
"An old Cherokee Indian chief was teaching his grandson about life.
He said, "A fight is going on inside me," he told the young boy, "a fight between two wolves.
The Dark one is evil - he is anger, envy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority, and ego." He continued, "The Light Wolf is good - he is joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion, and faith. The same fight is going on inside you grandson…and inside of every other person on the face of this earth.”
The grandson ponders this for a moment and then asked, "Grandfather, which wolf will win?"
The old Cherokee smiled and simply said, "The one you feed".

5 years ago on Earth Day we celebrated our Harmony Mural by Amandalynn and Lady Mags. My message today on "Every Day should be Earth Day" is this. "The true meaning of Community is in the all inclusive Declaration of Interdependence." Our Community here on Our Spaceship Mother Earth consists of all the other species we share this amazing ride with! If we can figure out how to keep them all happy we may be able to extend our stay here. Otherwise we may indeed be the Asteroid all the other species want to avoid. As Christina Koch, Artemis astronaut put it, and I paraphrase "When the Earth appeared out in space as we rounded the Moon I saw it as this beautiful LIFEBOAT surrounded by darkness and what I have to say about crew is this, Planet Earth, You are a crew!"
