Those early baby days can feel beautiful, overwhelming, isolating, magical… sometimes all before 9am 💛

Our Mom + Baby Circle is a space to exhale, connect, and be reminded that you were never meant to do this alone ✨

Join us on June 13th from 9:30–11am for an open, supportive gathering led by perinatal therapist and PMC mama of four, , LMFT, PMH-C. Together we’ll talk honestly about the transition into motherhood, changing identities, relationships, sleep deprivation, and all the ups and downs that come with life with a new baby.

Whether you’re thriving, surviving, or somewhere in between—you are welcome here 🤍 Coffee will be provided, babies are welcome, and judgment is left at the door.

This event is open to mamas with babies one year and younger. We’d love to sit with you 💫

Join us for June Moms Night Out at The Aquarium on Wednesday, June 3rd from 7–9 PM for a casual night of laughs, drinks, good food, and uninterrupted adult conversation 🙌

Whether you’re coming with your usual mom crew, flying solo, or hoping to meet some new friends before Spring Tea, this is the perfect low-pressure night to get out of the house and connect with other local moms 💛
