Friday night I became the cook for a Vetetans group and fed approximately 300 people and thank god for the Coast Guard volunteers that showed up to help me. We cooked 16 turkeys and 11 hams, green beans mashed potatoes and stuffing a nice salad and lots of deserts. All seemed to have had a great time. Now it’s home to rest.

On National Wreaths Across America Day, volunteers from across the country participated in the mission to Remember, Honor, Teach. Over the past couple of weeks, we have received photos and videos from hundreds of volunteers, capturing admirable displays of patriotism in communities across the country.

Here's a recap of some of the amazing footage. Thank you to everyone who shared!
