"IT'S TIME TO GET READY TO RIDE!

Join us TOMORROW for our FREE community event, BMX Straight Rhythm, at the Petaluma Speedway!

FREE Community Ride Time:
11am-3pm
Open to all ages
Balance bikes/small bikes (18in or less, ages 1-8): 11am-12pm
Pedal bikes (20in or bigger, ages 9-14): 12pm-1:30pm
Pedal bikes (20in or bigger, ages 15 and up): 1:30-3pm

BMX Straight Rhythm Exhibition Race:
Riders meeting 3pm at table located in the infield.
4pm-5:30pm
Open to riders 13 and up
Bring any bike (no pegs or e-bikes)
SPACE IS LIMITED - only 24 riders can participate!

Important Reminders:

E-bikes not allowed
Bikes must have brakes
Riders under 18 MUST have a guardian present at all times
All participants MUST sign a waiver of liability on site
One person plus the BMX competitor/exhibitionist allowed in track areas
No credit card payments accepted on site - bring cash for parking!

Entry Locations:
Two entry points available:
Flagstand located in the front of the main grandstands (requires fair wristband)
Lot B parking lot (indicated by orange square) - $10 parking fee applies

Gates open at 11am
Racer meeting at 3pm
BMX Straight Rhythm exhibition racing starts at 4pm
Demolition Derby starts at 5:45pm - all BMX riders must be off the track by then!

Petaluma Speedway Demolition Derby, Sunday June 22, 2025

For the first time in over a decade, the Petaluma Speedway will be hosting a demolition derby on Sunday,
June 22nd, during the annual Petaluma Fair. Head on down to the Speedway for a fun, unique and exciting
performance of destruction and mayhem!

Drivers will be subject to the MWFA rules and will be competing for cash prizes. 1st place pays $2500, 2nd
place pays $1000 and 3rd place pays $500 with NO entry fee to compete. Competition rules and regulations are available at www.petaluma-speedway.com.

This year’s Demolition Derby is part of the 2025 Petaluma Fair entertainment lineup and spectator entry is free with your fair ticket purchase. Spectators can expect the show to start at 6, Right after the BMX exhibition from 4:00 to 6:00 on the speedway!
