Inoel Castellanos was one of the founding members of the Creations Unlimited de Santa Rosa Lowrider Car Club, established on August 16, 1977. He proudly served as the club’s Treasurer for 10 years, helping guide and support the organization through his dedication, leadership, and commitment to its success. Inoel embodied the true spirit of lowriding by organizing community events that brought people together and provided support to families and youth throughout the community. A talented craftsman and skilled car builder, Inoel built a custom 1966 Impala featuring a telescoping steering wheel and a two-pump hydraulic setup that allowed the car to lay frame. He also built a stunning 1977 El Camino, finished in Oriental Blue Candy with pearl graphics, rear hydraulics, and a custom twisted grille that made the vehicle stand out throughout the lowrider scene. Inoel and the members of Creations Unlimited were well known for cruising down 4th Street while proudly displaying the Creations Unlimited plaque, representing lowrider culture, community pride, and unity in Santa Rosa. His passion, creativity, and unwavering commitment to the culture left a lasting impact on both the club and the community, and his legacy continues to be remembered and celebrated.
