We need just three more volunteers to help coach this season. We need three people who can coach a 1st/2nd grade team. Super easy fun league. One game a week that’s 24 minutes. You set your own practice days and times, recommend 1 day a week for no more than a half hour. Come out and join the fun!!

Good news and Bad news today. Good news- all coaching vacancies in kindergarten, 3/4 grade, 5/6 grade, and 7/8 grade are filled.
The Bad news- we still need 4 coaches for 1/2 division. If you can help we would sure appreciate it. Let us know!!

Good afternoon, soccer families. We’re pleased to share that all teams are now complete and ready for the season. However, we’re still in urgent need of coaches to help us create a positive and supportive environment for the children. Currently, we are looking for volunteers for kindergarten (4), first and second grade (9), and third and fourth grade (4). If you have the heart and time to help, please consider volunteering. Speaking from personal experience, coaching your children in sports is truly one of the most rewarding things you can do—you never regret it. If you can help, please message us or reply here. The Illinois Valley Youth Soccer League is based out of LaSalle-Peru, Illinois and open to all youth kindergarten through 8th grade in the surrounding communities of Northern Illinois.

Good morning, soccer supporters. What a wonderful way to begin Saturday. We’ve been fortunate to fill coaching positions in our 5/6 and 7/8 divisions, but many of our other divisions—ka, 1/2, and 3/4—still need volunteers. Your help this season would mean a lot to us and our young players. We've never faced so many vacancies, and each position is crucial for the start of our season. Good morning! Now that soccer player registration is complete, we are working on forming teams. We’re facing a significant challenge this year—an unusually high shortage of coaches. We currently need 8 kindergarten coaches, 11-1/2 coaches, 6-3/4 coaches, 1- 5/6 coach, and 2- 7/8 coaches. If your child is participating, or if you simply have a caring heart and want to make a difference, please consider helping us by coaching a team. Good morning, soccer fans! Our fall 2026 registration is now closed. We're excited to start working on putting teams together and preparing for the upcoming season. You will hear from us later this summer, when coaches begin reaching out to teams—usually in late July or early August We're still looking for coaches, sponsors, and referees. If you're interested in helping out, please reach out to us. And if we don't have enough coaches, I’ll start contacting teams that need one.
