HudBug Memorial Golf Outing

08/16/2026

We are thrilled to share that we raised $4,400 in honor of Hudson to benefit Loving Benjamin.

When we decided to establish this memorial event with under two months to plan, we did not anticipate reaching:

• 47 golfers
• 8 volunteers
• 28 individual and business donors
• 8 organizations who donated prizes

You all helped us celebrate our boy and impact families who will experience the loss of their baby. Thank you is not strong enough to express the gratitude we feel.

What an amazing day! We are so grateful so many joined us to celebrate Hudson and that his legacy will have a lasting, positive impact. With everyone’s contribution, we are able to support Loving Benjamin’s mission to impact families during their most devastating moments.

We couldn’t have done it without all of the support received today - volunteers, sponsors, golfers, family, and friends all chipped in to make our very first HudBug successful. Stay tuned for the final tally and details for next year!

Huge thanks go to:
•Michelle and Brad Bates
•Debbie and Ray Hostetler
•Ron and Bobbie Dausch
•Braden Bates and Caitlynn Trout
•Krysten Finicle
•Lukas Schoenhals
•Michaela Barnes
•Bailey Mongosa
•Norina Morris
•Lesli Bates
•Jeff Grant - Indiana Oaks Golf Club

Congratulations to the winners of the outing, CP’s, closest to the line challenge, and chip off contest! We hope you all had fun and join us at The HudBug in 2027!
