2025 Santa's Elves of Illinois Valley rules and application 🎅🎄🎁
⚠️(You must read before signing up!)⚠️ Rules for signing up for Christmas help:
1) You can NOT receive help from any other group or agency (We will be checking with other groups and counties to verify)
2) Your child can only be signed up ONE time, under ONE parent or guardian. If your a Grandparent and NOT a guardian please have the parent sign up.
3) You must live within the Illinois Valley, towns include: Peru, LaSalle, Mendota, Spring Valley, Depue, Utica, Oglesby, Granville, Ottawa and Princeton. (Note: Some exceptions with smaller towns, please message me to see if your town is covered. (Streator is NOT covered, please contact Patti Rubio Gould with Helping Hands page)
4) In order to be able to help more new families, I'm asking those that have received help from our group 3 or more years to NOT sign up. (I have posted on our group page other places to sign up)
5) You must try to sign up with larger groups like Salvation Army, shop with a cop, ect first.
(Note: If you are NOT accepted or your child is too old, then you may apply for help from us)
6) You must be able to PICK UP your gifts, we are not able to deliver (pick up will be in LaSalle on Friday Dec.12th 5pm-8pm)
7) NO SELLING or returning of the items you receive (except clothing as we understand clothing does not always fit right)
Any violation of these rules and you will no longer receive help from our group and will be banned from receiving help in the future. You must acknowledge ALL the rules before signing up.
Again, we are here to help as many families as possible and when people break rules like these it takes away from others in need.
Please let's have a good year, with no shenanigans. It's very easy to follow the rules. I do not want to have to ban people from getting help, so please think about stuff before doing it. Your only hurting the kids when you do not follow the rules.
