Life’s definitely been an adventure but Layla baby girl you’ve been our angel . We love you and miss you wish you could of been here to meet your little brothers . They are full of fight and personality just like you .

To all of our follows just wanted to share some moments of happiness we have been living .

I cannot stand folic acid.

Years ago, I appreciated it.

Now we have far superior forms of folate that actually work with our body’s biochemistry - not clog it up and cause a slew of problems.

This same analysis found that the Italians, who have NO folic acid fortification, have 5 neural tube defects per 10,000 live births. The USA with fortification has the same number.

Italians have a very high prevalence of MTHFR. They have about a 26% incidence of the homozygous MTHFR C677T variant and a 43% incidence of the heterozygous MTHFR C677T variant.

Why don’t they have neural tube defects in Italy despite no folic acid fortification and high prevalence of MTHFR?

Lifestyle, diet, environment. They have Clean Genes despite being born with a dirty MTHFR.

Use Folate instead as Folinic Acid and Methylfolate.

I’m not saying don’t use a prenatal without folate. I’m saying use a prenatal without folic acid.

I know that’s confusing - I totally get that.

Folic acid is synthetic and has NO physiological effect on the human body until it is transformed by the DHFR gene into THF and then, eventually, it becomes a good folate like Folinic acid or Methylfolate. Your DHF gene is SLOW at doing this and does a bad job at it.

So - just take Folinic acid and Methylfolate.

Use a prenatal like Optimal Prenatal by .health - which has a proven track record for mothers looking for a prenatal to support them before, during and after their pregnancy.

Hey guys so In a fun twist of events We ended calling our little boy Valentino Issac . It’s a long story but we are just over joyed with him . He was born on October 23 and due to a little much needed respiratory help due to csection we had a 15 day stay .

I know I would update more but here’s a picture from last week and we are happy to announce tomorrow our boy will be here 🙏🏽🙏🏽thank you for the prayers . Many thought we would make it to the c section but God had other plans.
