Church Announcement

Perry County UPC is honored and excited to announce the election of Michael House as Pastor of Perry County UPC. We are thankful for God’s direction and are looking forward with great anticipation to this new chapter in the life of our church.

As we celebrate this moment, we also want to give special honor and sincere appreciation to Pastor Dennis Breland and First Lady Rene Breland for their faithful years of service, leadership, sacrifice, and dedication to Perry County UPC. Their love for God, commitment to this church family, and investment in countless lives have made an impact that cannot be measured. We are grateful for the foundation they have helped build and for the example of faithfulness they have set.

Please join us in praying for Michael, Angeles House, and Andrew House as they step into this new season of ministry. We believe God has great things in store for Perry County UPC, and we are excited for what lies ahead.

“And I will give you pastors according to mine heart, which shall feed you with knowledge and understanding.” — Jeremiah 3:15

Great advice

Nothing is more powerful than morning gratitude. Keep going.

“But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts, and always be ready to give a defense to everyone who asks you a reason for the hope that is in you, with meekness and fear; having a good conscience, that when they defame you as evildoers, those who revile your good conduct in Christ may be ashamed. For it is better, if it is the will of God, to suffer for doing good than for doing evil.”
‭‭I Peter‬ ‭3‬:‭15‬-‭17‬
