🚨 A NEW LIFE SUCCESS STORY! 🚨

With Andrew’s permission, we are incredibly proud to share a little of his journey. ❤️

Before Andrew entered treatment, he had his eye on a special recovery coin and wanted it badly. We told him we wanted to hold onto it and have the privilege of presenting it to him after he successfully completed treatment.

Today, we got to do exactly that. 🪙❤️

Andrew successfully completed his treatment program, has transitioned into sober living, found a job, found his faith, and has been baptized! 🙏

To say we are proud of him is an understatement.

Andrew’s story is also an important reminder of why we never give up on people. Today may not be the day someone is ready to choose recovery—but tomorrow might be. Sometimes they simply need someone to keep believing in them until they can believe in themselves.

Andrew, we are SO proud of you. Keep going. This is only the beginning! ❤️

It’s time to get moving! 💪❤️ Our 30 Miles in 30 Days Walking Group is happening every Tuesday throughout October, and we’d love for YOU to join us!

Whether you’re walking for your physical health, mental health, recovery, or simply want some encouragement and fellowship, come walk with us! 👟🙌

💚💜 THIS is why I am so proud of my team at New Life Mission Inn! 💜💚

Today, two of our amazing Certified Peer Specialists are out representing New Life Mission Inn at our Huggers Event, spreading awareness, offering support, giving hugs, and simply being there for people who may need someone to talk to.

I received a phone call today from someone who just had to tell me how amazing my team was. They shared that my peer specialists were in exactly the right place at exactly the right time — because talking with them was exactly what they needed today. ❤️

As a Director, there aren’t many things that make me prouder than hearing something like that.

Peer support is so much more than standing at a table or handing out information. It’s using your own lived experience to connect with another person, meeting them where they are, listening without judgment, and sometimes giving someone hope when they need it most.

To my two Certified Peer Specialists working our Huggers Event today: I am SO incredibly proud of you. You represented New Life Mission Inn beautifully, but more importantly, you made a real difference in someone’s day.

Sometimes you don’t know whose life you’re touching just by showing up, listening, and caring. Today was proof that you were exactly where you were supposed to be. 💚
