The Perry County Youth Livestock Foundation is excited to host our annual beef raffle sponsored by Presley Farms.

Each ticket purchase will enter you to win one-quarter of custom-cut beef. Two winners will be chosen.

Ticket sales start September 8th, and will end on November 6th. The drawing will be on November 10th.

We will have tickets for sale at the scrambles, the premium sale and The Homestead Confrence. You may also purchase them from any PCYLF board member.

Tickets will be $10 per ticket. You may purchase multiple tickets to increase your chances of winning.

Perry County 4-H is proud to announce the Hall of Fame Member for the month of October is Kayce Stedman.
"She is a Senior 4H Member and active in Perry County 4H Teen Leaders. Kayce has shown tremendous growth since I have seen her become more active in 4H. She is quick to volunteer and always willing to help. When she commits to something she is very dedicated. I think that her livestock projects have given her something that she enjoys but also an opportunity to serve and help others. At the Perry County Fair, she could be seen on multiple occasions helping younger showman as well as her peers. I saw her step up and help someone who was showing hogs for the first time and she jumped right in and assisted and coached them through the show." Congratulations Kayce! We are proud of you!

Anyone who is interested in Livestock Judging, Beef Quiz bowl or other livestock skill events Next Tuesday October 7th @4:15 we will meet at Perry County Farm Bureau building to discuss opportunities for contest and try to get regular practice schedules established. For juniors to Seniors ages 8-18
