Congratulations to the Perryville Area CEO program!

We’re excited to share that the Perryville Area CEO program has received a $12,000 grant through The Bank of Missouri and the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines Member Impact Fund! 🥳

A big thank you to The Bank of Missouri for selecting the Perryville Area CEO program as one of four Perry County organizations to receive this funding. The Bank of Missouri contributed $3,000, which was matched 3-to-1 by the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines for an additional $9,000 bringing the total grant to $12,000!

We’re grateful to both organizations for this support and for choosing to invest in the youth of Perry County.

Thank you to The Bank of Missouri and the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines for supporting us!

What a great day for the Don Welge Memorial Bridge opening ceremony! We are truly thankful to have participated in this historic event. 🇺🇸🇺🇸The new bridge is more than just a transportation asset. It links together the southeast Missouri and southern Illinois communities, making us all safer, stronger, and more economically viable.

A HUGE shout out to the planning team, formed by the Perryville & Chester Economic Development Corporation, who linked arms with MoDOT Southeast District and spent the last 18 months planning this event. Those team members included the counties of Perry and Randolph including the Sheriff’s and Emergency Management offices, cities of Perryville and Chester including local police and fire departments, economic development offices in both Perry and Randolph Counties, the Chester Chamber of Commerce, Perryville Chamber of Commerce, Ames Construction, Mike Warren, Dean Bader, Gilster-Mary Lee Corp., and Mid America Rehab. It was a perfect example of how great we can be when we work together!

We also could not have planned such an amazing day without the support of our event sponsors!
