First, we would like to say thank you for always supporting livestock youth of Perry County.

The Perry County Fair will be having a livestock show in September. Along with the livestock show, the Perry County Youth Livestock Foundation will be holding a premium sale on Friday, September 18th at noon to help livestock exhibitors with their projects. Lunch will be provided to all bidders prior to premium sale.

As in the past, the premium sale will be a “mock” sale where bidders bid on the animal as a donation to the livestock exhibitor. Bidders will not take possession of the animal. In order for the premium sale to be successful, we need bidders!

We are so thankful for the support that our community has always given to our youth. We hope that you will consider continuing that support this year. Our hope is to reward youth exhibitors for their hard work in their yearlong livestock projects.

If you would like to sign up to be a bidder or have any questions please contact Cassidy Roland at 501-889-8285

The Perry County Youth Livestock Animal Scrambles are all about giving kids the chance to work hard, take on a new project, and make some pretty great memories along the way.

On September 15, kids will hit the arena to chase pigs, lambs, chickens, and a Sr. calf, with the chance to work with a brand-new livestock project.

Make sure to get with your 4H and FFA leader to sign up!
