The Community Chimes Project is now complete,... that's a wrap! This morning, Chimes Masters finished up running the last of the wiring for the new Chime system, connecting the external speakers to the controller. As of this morning, the system was tested and as many of our locals may have heard, the chimes started on a rotation today at 12:00 (Noon) and rang throughout the community. According to the current rotation, the chimes will chime (Westminster Chimes) from 12:00-6:00 p.m. In addition, the chimes will play two hymns at noon & 6:00 p.m. and they will also toll "call to church" bells @ 9:30 a.m, on Sunday mornings. Furthermore, this new chimes system has the capability to automatically adjust to the seasons & holidays and it will play patriotic songs on Memorial Day, as well as on the 4th of July holiday! Finally, we want to give a sincere & heartfelt"Thank You" to all of the amazing donors, businesses and individuals who worked together to make this project such a success and a blessing to our community & our future generations to come!
