Sweat Equity: 350 hours of hands-on work building their own home and helping neighbors.
Education: Completing first-time homebuyer classes.
Financial Commitment: Making a down payment and paying an affordable monthly mortgage after closing.
For many applicants, this means stepping out of their comfort zone, connecting with their community in new ways, and earning every single square foot.
So why Habitat?
