Fifth Annual Doe-A-Thon 🦌
Coldest on record, but another successful year.

Twelve does were taken overall, with the winners as follows:
🥇 Ben Graham — 131.2 lbs (the largest deer ever taken in the tournament)
🥈 Josh Grant — 114.4 lbs
🥉 Tim Graham — 109 lbs

Great turnout, great hunting, and one for the record books.

🦌 5th Annual Doe-A-Thon – Saturday, December 13th

Join us for a full day of hunting and helping reduce the local doe population.

📍 Weigh-In at Shawn Weaver’s Pole Barn
7450 Winegar Rd, Perry
Times: 12:00–12:30 PM and 6:00–7:00 PM

Competition (optional):
• $10 entry fee (due by Dec 12 to Shawn Weaver)
• Harvest a doe and get $5 back
• Payouts for heaviest does + trophy for biggest doe

Notes:
• Two doe applications allowed (morning & evening)
• All does must be harvested on Dec 13 and gutted
• Deer donations welcome

We’ll take a group photo after all weigh-ins.

4th Annual Doe-A-Thon
Saturday, December 28th All Day
2 weigh-in times 12:00-12:30pm and 6:00 to 7:00pm at Shawn Weaver's Pole Barn at 7450 Winegar Rd Perry
Don't need to enter competition if you still want to participate in Doe-A-Thon
If you want to enter in weight competition,
$10 entry fee and paid to Shawn Weaver on or before Dec. 27th.
If you harvest a doe, you get $5 back, and there will be a payout for heaviest does based on the number of participants. Also, a trophy for the biggest doe.
Doe must be shot on December 28th
All does must be gutted
Can enter for 2nd doe entry at 12:00-12:30pm weigh-in if you choose to
We will take a group pic with all of the does and hunters after everyone's doe has been weighed in

basswood branches buried at 25yds from hunting stand. Have tried other trees, but seems that the bucks prefer the bass wood

A pass on this good looking young 8pt buck

Member passed this 3 1/2yr old 10pt about 125" at 20yds. Not a big body. This buck has a great frame to be the 1st buck in the 140" plus range ever shot off the property if it can make it another year
