When people ask us about Time is Creeping Up, the questions asked most are about money. Questions such as, "Where did you get the money to start your organization?", "Do the founders take a salary? If so, how much money are they paid?", "Are the board members compensated for their participation?", "How are the events funded and who receives the proceeds?" Money, Money, Money...

sed and honored to say that Bill and Joanne Daigle started TICUP because of passion to give back. TICUP was funded with a small personal savings and it was never an option to take a salary. Our board members are all volunteers; therefore, no monetary compensation is given for their participation. However, we believe that we are all being compensated for our service in ways that are far greater than monetary. When we see a spark of hope in a person where there was none; or a smile of appreciation for a particular opportunity, this is the highest compensation anyone can ask for: knowing that you have made a difference. When we give a fund raising event, after our particular charity has been given the designated donation and all our operating expenses have been paid, 100% of what is left is reinvested back into the charity for future use.
