These 2 sweeties got new fly masks today.

Liam & Stormy are pretty hard on their masks.

With all the rubbing against the fence and trees it was time for new ones.

We also wanted to make sure we didn’t lose them so we got ones that glow in the dark 🤣🤗💚🧡🫏

Safety Guidelines for Pets
* Ventilation: Always burn incense in a well-ventilated room and never in a closed space with animals.
* The Right of Exit: Ensure your pet can freely leave the room if the scent is too strong for their sensitive respiratory systems.
* Placement: Keep burning sticks high up and entirely out of reach of paws, tails, and curious noses.
* Avoid Synthetics: Steer clear of cheap synthetic fragrance oils and heavy smoke bamboo-core sticks, which trigger respiratory issues.

Safe vs. Unsafe Scents
* Safe (Natural & Mild): Chamomile, rosemary, ginger, and pure frankincense.
* Toxic or Irritating to Avoid: Tea tree, eucalyptus, pine, cinnamon, peppermint, and citrus oils.
* Synthetic Dips: Avoid cheap, synthetic perfume-dipped sticks or charcoal with potassium nitrate.

Safe incense for dogs includes 100% pure, natural, and additive-free botanical options like chamomile, rosemary, and frankincense. Because dogs have an intense sense of smell and sensitive airways, you must avoid synthetic fragrances, chemical accelerants, and toxic oils like tea tree, eucalyptus, and citrus.

Save a Life

Piggy & Goat Spa Day

Today Sean our Piggy Farrier came out and gave everyone the hooves & tusk trims they desperately needed.

Even blossom the goat joined in.
( not willingly of course ) and when it was all said and done the girls were beautiful, the boys were handsome and treats were enjoyed by all.

Thank you Sean as always for taking such great care of these sweet babies. 🐷🐐🐖🤗🩷💙

Thank you for standing beside us and helping us provide love, safety and second chances to the animals in our care. Your kindness and dedication make our mission possible every single day.

The Barber✂️

It's that time of the year again.

The weather starts heating up and the fur coats everyone used to keep themselves warm over the winter are no longer needed. 🥵

A big thank you to Alex, Angelina and of course Carlos, the Barber.

Carlos has been helping us with shaving horses for the last 9 years.

He really is the best, and we couldn't be more thankful✂️🤗🩷💙🐴🐎
