On September 20th, we headed to Lake Perris State Recreation Area for a graffiti and litter cleanup at Horse Camp. A huge shoutout to all the volunteers who came out to help us tackle the cleanup—your efforts really made a difference! We managed to cover the graffiti on the water tower and collected plenty of litter along the way.
Thanks again for making our community a cleaner place. Let’s keep it going!

Clothes recycling matters too. Donating to your local thrift store gives garments a second life, cuts textile waste, and saves water and energy. Embrace the 5 R’s of recycling: Refuse, Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, Rot.

Refuse: skip needless clothes and fast-fashion trends
Reduce: buy fewer, better-made items

Come one, come all!!! This upcoming Saturday (9/20/25) National Park Volunteers is hosting another cleanup of Lake Perris State Recreation Area. As Summer is coming to an end we want to help keep the lake beautiful and clean. We will be spiffing things up and removing leftover, unwanted waste from around the park. Come join us and help leave no waste left behind!! ✅Start time= 10:00am till about 2:00pm. Snacks, waters and equipment will be provided. However, we do encourage all to bring their own re-usable water bottle. The sun will be shining ☀️ so please bring sunscreen, hat, and wear appropriate clothing. DM us for more information (such as meeting location) or if you have any questions. A member of our team will get in touch and gladly help 😁 SEE YOU THERE!! ☀️

📣 Join us for an unforgettable experience at our upcoming cleanup event at Lake Perris State Recreation Area this June! We’re combining the joy of camping with giving back to nature. 🏕️🌳

🌙✨ Camp out with us from Friday night (6/13) into Saturday (6/14), and enjoy a delicious dinner, breakfast, and lunch on us! Plus, you’ll have free park entrance, a camping spot, along with s’mores, a cozy bonfire and a night under the stars 🪵🔥✨

For those joining just for the day, we’ve got you covered too! Enjoy park entry for the day, lunch, snacks, plenty of refreshing water and a good time.
