Average Jo Triathlon June 26th, 2021 Average water temperature for late June is low to mid-50s, but can be colder depending on the weather leading up to race day.

Please join us in beautiful Perham, MN for the 17th Annual Average Jo Triathlon.https://www.raceentry.com/17th-annual.../race-informationCourse Description:Swim: 750M: Starting at the public beach near the entrance to Paul Miller park, athletes will do a clockwise slightly rectangle swim in Little Pine Lake that finishes on the beach. Water depth is approximately 8 feet deep. Spectators can view t

he race from several locations on the Paul Miller Park shoreline. Life guards will be available and the course will be marked.Bike: 20K (12.5 miles): Bike along the scenic lakes area of Ottertail County. Enjoy lake views, sprawling pastures, and low traffic. The route is a challenging lollipop, with rolling terrain that includes a couple of climbs. (certified helmets are required)Run: 5K (3.1 miles): Leave Paul Miller park and run along beautiful Lakeside golf course and Arvig park in North Perham. The course features a paved bike trail that is off the road and lots of spectator support! There will be aid stations at approximately every mile with water and other snacks as well.

We are excited for a change for registration area for Average Jo. Registration will be by the transition area, which we believe will be easier for racers. Look for signs and our registration tent. It will be easy to spot!
