The Fall season continues here in Pepperell. Go get your apples and pumpkins today! 🍁🍂

🍎Want to pick your own apples? Stop by Kimball Fruit Farm and enjoy some locally grown apples and pumpkins.
🎃Visit Greg Wilkins Farm Stand and pick through an assortment of apples to add to any delicious recipe or pick your own farm-grown pumpkin.

During last night’s Pepperell+ meeting, we started categorizing each action item based on its priority to the community by using an impact feasibility chart. This helps us look at which action items are most important to start working on. We considered things like cost, impact to the community, location, resources, and more.

🍂 Fall is here in Pepperell, and there’s lots of Good News to share!

From apples and pumpkins to Open Mic Nights, Friday dinners at Franny’s Diner, Halloween events, and more, there are plenty of ways to get out, connect with neighbors, and enjoy our community this fall. ❤️

And we’re excited to share some great local news too, including the opening of the new Edward J. Kennedy Cold Storage Facility and opportunities to volunteer with the Council on Aging.

Sunday funday at Pepperell's local farms for Open Farm Day! 🚜🐓

🍂 Fall Fest is less than a week away and we still have many open volunteer spots!

Pepperell Fourth needs your help on Saturday, October 3rd at John McNabb Town Field. Just a couple of hours makes a real difference.

Biggest needs right now:
🔨 Saturday morning setup (7:30 to 10am)
🧹 Breakdown and field cleanup (3 to 5pm)

Fun roles still open:
🥧 Help run the pie eating contest, tug of war, and sack races
🌽 Keep an eye on kids at the corn maze
🚜 Help run the hayride
👕 Sell Pepperell Fourth sweatshirts
🚗 Greet and guide vendors as they arrive
🗑️ Hourly trash runs (with a golf cart assist!)
♿ Accessible parking help on Friday and Saturday

Volunteers get a thank-you gift card, and the first few to sign up can grab free fried dough or lunch from Alamo instead. Students can earn community service hours too!

Grab a friend, pick a shift, and come be part of it. 💛
