Nachat Alert!

It was wonderful to see so many members of GSDS Class of 2018 featured in Cleveland Jewish News last week for being participants in the Club Z conference in San Francisco, led by Akiva Cleveland. We are so proud that our alumni are continuing to learn about Israel and preparing to be life-long advocates. Their reflections are worth reading!

During Onward Israel, you will:

*LIVE and immerse yourself in Israeli culture.
*EXPERIENCE Tel Aviv’s vibrant nightlife, beautiful beaches, and so much more.
*LEARN about a professional field of interest, as well as important issues facing Israeli society today.
*WORK as an intern in the arts, business, finance, communication, nonprofit, high-tech, and more!

GSDS Alumni!

Jewish Cleveland is now recruiting for Onward Israel, which is an 8-week summer internship program in Israel, and an amazing opportunity for young adults!

Participants live in apartments in central Tel Aviv, have an internship in their field of study, and participate in various programs to learn about and experience Israel. It is targeted to college students (Juniors, Seniors, and recent graduates) who have been to Israel before on Birthright or a similar short-term program. The cost is $550 + airfare.

The application for Onward just opened a few weeks ago. There are limited spots available and it is a competitive program, so we encourage GSDS alumni to apply by the end of December.
