Meyer Glen HOA Update:
1) As you're probably aware, we have several new homes in various states of being built. Let's all be cautious around all the construction equipment.
It has been a very long time from start to finish for this subdivision to have all the empty lots finally having homes built.
2) Let's all make sure we are all up to date on getting 2025 HOA dues (and past years, if applicable) paid in full.
The dues are for maintenance of the entrance sign and detention pond areas. The dues also are extremely minimal, so let's keep the ledger current.
The amount for maintaining these areas is very minimal as a yearly cost but necessary, (or the village would charge us to maintain them).
3) ALL improvements to any property in the Meyer Glen subdivision are required to have HOA approval 1st and prior to proceeding with any construction or exterior remodeling plans.
This includes (but not limited to), pools, sheds, fences, patios, decks, additions, driveway & side walk additions, etc. This requirement is spelled out in the HOA by-laws.
If you do not have a recent copy of the covenants, please reach out. We have found that some lot owners are utilizing old & outdated HOA covenants during this construction year.
