✨ You've completed your 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training... now what?

Have you ever wondered what lies beyond the sequencing, cueing, and foundations you learned in your 200-hour training?

Do you find yourself craving a deeper understanding of yoga philosophy, subtle energy, Ayurveda, meditation, pranayama, anatomy, or the art of transformation?

Have you felt the call to not just teach yoga—but to embody it more fully?

Our 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Hybrid Immersion begins this October in Arizona and is designed for teachers who know their journey is far from complete.

🌿 Module 1 (150 Hours): October–November

🌿 Module 2 (150 Hours): December –February

Join us in-person for immersive weekends while enjoying the flexibility of live interactive learning between retreat style gatherings/training.

This training is for the teacher who asks:

✨ What else is possible?

✨ How can I deepen my practice?

✨ How do I teach from greater authenticity and wisdom?

✨ What happens when yoga becomes a way of living, not just a class I teach?

If your heart is curious, if your soul is seeking more, and if you feel the whisper to continue the journey, perhaps this training is calling you.

Comment "300" or send me a message for details.

✨ The 3 Biggest Myths About Yoga Asana Practice - part 1 ✨

After teaching yoga for more than 25 years, I've noticed something.

Many people don't avoid yoga because they aren't interested.

They avoid yoga because they've been told stories about what yoga is supposed to look like.

So let's clear a few things up. 😊

Myth #1: "I need to be flexible to do yoga."
This is like saying you need to be clean before taking a shower.

Flexibility is not a requirement.

It may be a byproduct.

Yoga was never intended to be a flexibility contest.

Yoga (on and off the mat) is about awareness.

Presence.

Connection.

Listening.

Some of the most profound yogis I've ever taught couldn't touch their toes.

But they could feel their breath.

They could witness their thoughts.

They could meet themselves honestly.

That is yoga.

🌿 Gentle Practice:
Today, notice one place in your body where you've been judging yourself.

Place your hand there.

Offer gratitude instead.
