Come catch a vibe and break a sweat at Boxer-Cise with Mrs. Styles — a high-energy boxing-style cardio session designed to get your heart pumping and your body moving!

Details:
When: Saturday | Two sessions: 10AM–11:30AM or 12:30PM–2PM
Where: KOK Dream Chasers Boxing Gym (located inside of Peoria’s Northwoods mall!)
Cost: FREE!
Sign-Up: No online registration needed — sign-up sheet at the door.

What to Expect:
• Boxing-inspired cardio

Three of Peoria’s boxing gyms — KOK Boxing, Combat Academy, and Mudd Warriors — came together for an elite sparring session that was about more than just boxing.

This collaboration shows the power of unity and purpose. These programs are helping youth from underprivileged communities develop discipline, accountability, confidence, mental toughness, leadership, and respect — all through the art of boxing.

They’re not just training fighters — they’re building strong young men and women ready to take on life inside and outside the ring.
