Yesterday we celebrated Joe Burklow’s 50 years of sobriety—and the many lives his love and generosity have touched. ❤️

Before sharing a video and drawings from our kids in Colombia, Fr. Jason said:

“Of all the people you have helped, there are people, five years ago, you would never had imagined you would ever have known. They live in Colombia.”

What a beautiful reminder of how God connects our lives through Mission Colombia. We love you, Joe, and thank God for you! 🇨🇴

What a joy it was for St. Michael’s to welcome friends from Synod this past Sunday! These are the moments that make the work of Mission Colombia so meaningful—building relationships across borders and bringing brothers and sisters in Christ together, not simply as partners in ministry, but as family.

Around one altar were people representing two continents and four countries, worshiping, praying, and sharing the Eucharist together.

This is the heart of Mission Colombia: connecting people, strengthening relationships, and discovering again that the Church is so much bigger than any one parish, country, or continent.

Two continents. Four countries. One Church. One family. One altar. ❤️🇨🇴🙏
