Hi Cactus Cruisers AMC Club Members,

Sorry for the late notice about our meeting for this coming Saturday but I just got confirmation just now.

We will be meeting at Cliff Castle Casino & Hotel Saturday morning at 8:45 am. Just off of the I-17 Freeway in Camp Verde, AZ. The address is 555 W. Middle Verde Rd, Camp Verde, AZ 86322. We will be meeting with Clifford Larson who will be giving us a guided tour through their facilities starting at 9:00 am. For though who wish to join us there we will not be doing an organized breakfast as a club.

Following the tour at Cliff Castle Casino & Hotel we will be traveling 53 miles north to Little America in Flagstaff, AZ. Our meeting time is 11:45 am. Ryan Kennedy will be giving us a guided tour through their facilities starting at 12:00 Noon. Terry and I are planning on spending Saturday night at little America. Ryan has offered the friends and family rate for any club members wishing to spend the night.
I was also thinking about having a late lunch at the Galaxy Diner after the tour of Little America. The address for the Galaxy Diner is 931 W Rte. 66, Flagstaff, AZ 86001

I know this is late notice but I am hoping that the people who live in the northern part of Arizona will be able to join us at both locations as well as anyone in the Valley of the Sun who want to get north out of the heat.

Call me if you have any questions. Maybe some people could car pool for the trip.

We now have 20 pre-registrations for our AMC/Rambler car show at the Martin Auto Museum this Saturday.

Hi Everyone,

Our next Cactus Cruisers AMC Club meeting, February 14th, is the last meeting before our 23rd Annual AMC/Rambler Car Show in March.

We will be meeting at Ajo Al's at 6:00 pm, 16th Street and Camelback. Remember its Valentines Day too.

Our Cactus Classic AMC/Rambler car show is scheduled for March 28th at the Martin Auto Museum. We have moved it up two weeks to help get cooler weather. We have also shorted the show by 1 hour, also to reduce our exposure to the Sun and heat. Remember our show is open to all 1954 through 1988 AMC's and Ramblers. It is also open to all of AMC's Legacy cars built before Nash and Hudson merged in 1954. We also include AMC Jeeps from 1970 to 1988 as well as the Legacy Willys and Jeeps of all models. Also included is any Chrysler, Plymouth, Dodge or Desoto vehicles from 1954 though 1988. Sorry, no late model Cars, Trucks and Jeeps.

New Years Eve Party!

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to my Cactus Cruisers AMC Club Friends.

An Invitation to my friends who live here in the Valley of the Sun (Phoenix, AZ and surrounding areas).

My wife Terry and I are hosting a New Years Eve Party at our home at 9614 N. 86th Ln, Peoria, AZ 85345. We will start at 8:00 pm and go to about 1:00 am. Please RSVP so we will have an idea of how much food, snacks and beverages to have on hand.

Please BYOU your favorite adult beverages since Terry and I don't
drink much these days, so we do not have a wine cellar.

Hope to hear from everyone here in the Valley of the Sun.

Cactus Cruisers AMC Holiday Party this Sunday, 12/07/25 starting at 3:00 PM till about 8:00 PM.

Happy Holiday to all of our Cactus Cruisers club members,
This year's Cactus Cruisers AMC club holiday party will be taking place at Dan & Debbie Curtis's home in Phoenix located at 4400 E Sunset Drive, Phoenix (cross streets Tatum and Sunset Dr. Last house on the right all the way to the end of Sunset Dr.) at 3PM until folks wish to head home. Please RSVP by text to Dan's phone so we can have a better understanding of how many folks plan to attend and what other food will be brought in by those attending.

As always, our holiday party is a combination of the host providing some food so Dan & Debbie will be providing a spiral ham, water and soft drinks, a desert and her to die for roasted potatoes. As a result, we can use things from other club members like salads, pasta, proteins like meat, fowl or fish, chips and dips, appetizer items and some other deserts as well as whatever adult beverages you may want besides soda and water.

Please also be reminded that we do a white elephant gift exchange with gifts of not more than $25.00. The fun part about the gift exchange is that club members participating in the exchange can either select an unopened gift or "steal" a gift previously opened by another club member who drew a lower sequence number. Any one person can have their gift "stolen" up to three time so there are always some good laughs as it often seems that one person keeps on getting their gifts stolen which is pretty funny to watch unfold.

Our club holiday party scheduled for December 7th at 3PM is just around the corner. Come one come all and enjoy some good old holiday fun with our AMC family and friends which will be taking place at Dan and Debbie Curtis' home in Phoenix just west of Tatum and about 1 mile south of Shea. All Cactus Cruisers AMC Club members should have received an invitation with party detaisl via email. If you did not and have any question or want more information please don't hesitate to ask!
