Friends!

We are on the look out for a vehicle for a young lady in our program!

Well loved is great, as long as it’s reliable.

If you know of anyone selling or God lays it on your heart to help us help her, please reach out to us!

Thank you!
❤️

We want to take a moment to thank every donor who continues to support Her Hope.

Whether your gift is big or small, one time or monthly, it truly matters. Your generosity allows us to come alongside our Moms in both the expected and unexpected parts of their healing journey.

From shelter, to therapy, car repairs, childcare, groceries, and sometimes even something as simple as a Starbucks to brighten a hard day. Thank you.

Your support is making a real impact, not only in the lives of these Moms, but in the lives of their children as well.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for believing in this mission and helping us bring hope, healing, and practical support to families who need it.

If you would like to be part of the impact, we would be honored to have you partner with us. Every gift, big or small, helps us continue bringing hope, healing, and practical support to moms and children.

📣📣 We’re looking for a few kind, flexible volunteers to help with babysitting for the moms in our program 🤍

This wouldn’t be a set schedule, just occasional help when a mom needs to attend appointments, go to gym, etc.

This is one of our biggest needs right now, and and it makes a huge difference in helping these women move forward.

If you’ve been looking for a way to serve and step in where it truly matters, we would love to connect with you. Please message us for more details!

Here’s an example of self reflection questions we ask and walk thru with our Moms.

It’s about self awareness. We can’t address what we don’t notice.

Our HOPE is while there here, they have the opportunity to slow down and do just that.

✨Let’s Reflect:

What kind of example did you set for your child this week?
Would you be proud if they copied your words, tone, or choices?

Why this matters:
Our kids learn how to live by watching how we live. You are their first teacher.

Take it to heart:
Journal honestly—celebrate what you did well, and bring your hard moments to God too. He’s shaping both you and your child.

Verse:
“Start children off on the way they should go, and even when they are old they will not turn from it.” — Proverbs 22:6

Our purpose isn’t to rescue. It’s to allow those who are READY to surrender their old ways. Patterns so engrained, that they’ve become so comfortable no matter the chaos they cause.

Not everyone is ready.

Healing isn’t adding, it’s subtracting.

To all our amazing supporters, we have an amazing kiddo in our program. She’s in her senior year.

I’m so proud of her and we want to help her earn her way to a senior year band trip she’s able to go on and to help her with graduation costs.

She’s been working to earn $ and she’s been doing great but I’d love to come alongside her because she DESERVES this!
Our goal is to raise $500 for her but deadline is Jan 30.

Will you help? ❤️

We’re a little late in posting and I didn’t even get all the gifts captured but our Moms and their kiddos were so loved on this Christmas!
Thank you to all who were the hands and feet of Jesus! It made such an impact.

We are deeply trauma aware. Many of the women we serve have survived things no one should have to endure. We honor that story and we lead with compassion.

At the same time, we believe healing requires more than understanding trauma. Trauma explains behavior, but it cannot be allowed to excuse it. What once helped someone survive unsafe environments can quietly keep them stuck if it is never challenged.

In our program, we hold both truths at the same time. We honor trauma, but we also do not allow trauma to run the program.

Not every tear is vulnerability.
Not every yes means someone is growing.
And not every trauma response gets accommodated.

This kind of leadership is not rigid. It is loving. We believe women heal best inside clear, steady leadership. Compassionate and unmovable. For women coming out of chaos, consistency creates safety.

This is not us hardening our hearts.
This is us strengthening the container so real growth can happen.

It’s not always about learning to cope, it’s about learning to expand our capacity.. in which we no longer need to “cope” AS often.
