To our faithful supporters and friends:

For the past 8 years Accelerate Group has impacted over 500 churches and pastors. This has been done in a variety of ways.
Pastor and spouse events
Taking pastors and spouses to Israel
Honoring long time pastor couples with legacy cruises
Coaching and mentoring pastors
Engaging church boards to address leadership structural improvements
Working with church staffs to improve their effectiveness

None of this could have been accomplished without those of you who have prayed, encouraged and invested financially in this ministry. The kingdom impact has been tremendous.

As the world and the church continues to change, Mike and Don have been asking what is the next step? What are the new opportunities that need to be addressed? They have decided to replace Accelerate Group with two new organizations to better address those needs.

Mike will continue to work with churches and organizations on leadership and structure issues, as well as connecting business and ministry resources. His new organization will be a new 501c3 ministry called IMPAC Org.

Don will focus on a new model for evangelism and discipleship and will also continue working with pastors through coaching and leadership development. His new organization will also be a 501c3 ministry called MOVEMENT 4:19.

Don and Mike both share evangelism as their top priority. This two-pronged approach allows them to share similar objectives; just going about them in slightly different ways.

Again, the kingdom impact of Accelerate Group that we have mentioned above would not have been possible without YOU.

This year has already been an incredible season of encouraging, equipping, and enriching the lives of Pastors all over the country.

Our two major events this past Spring included a legacy cruise for Pastor Couples who have been faithfully serving for decades. Then we were able to bless Lead Pastors with a trip of a lifetime to the Holy Land to bring the Bible into 3D and walk where Jesus walked. Please check out the photos and quotes below:

Don has been granted the opportunity to speak to groups of Pastors both locally and globally. This year alone he shared with a gathering of Hispanic leaders, as well as a group of Australian Pastors looking to glean
insight on reaching more and more people with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

We have also been working behind the scenes with several churches to give them the tools they need to strengthen leadership and overall ministry effectiveness. Here’s a quote from one of our church leaders in Indiana, “Thank you so much for your continued guidance and encouragement. Your wisdom has helped us weather many storms. I know that this is not an easy process to walk us through, but you have been gracious to guide us each step of the way.”

The Accelerate Group team is looking forward to a great Fall season of Pastor Couples retreats to be held in Phoenix in October.
