What an amazing week we had at Heartland District Cub Scout Day Camp!

Scouts enjoyed BB shooting, archery, slingshots, STEM activities, crafts, water slides, popsicles, and plenty of outdoor fun! We were also fortunate to have beautiful weather all week long.

A huge thank you to Tanners Orchard for the use of their wonderful facility and helping make Day Camp such a great experience.

We also want to thank Advanced Medical Transport for their continued support of Scouting and for bringing an ambulance out for the Scouts to explore and learn from.

Thank you to all of our volunteers, staff, and families who helped make the week a success. It was a fantastic week of Scouting and memories that will last a lifetime!

A recent Harris Poll study titled “Eagle Scouts: A Legacy of Values-Based Leadership and Service” highlights the long-term impact Scouting has on those who earn the Eagle Scout rank.

Bob was truly a Scout who left this campsite better than he found it. He lived by the Oath and Law and will be greatly missed by all that knew him.
