Please spread the word! Mori was LOST on January 10, 2020 in Peoria, IL 61604 near Moss Ave & Manor Parkway, Madison Golf Course

Message from Owner: When we got Mori he had been badly abused. It has taken a long time to get him healthy and not terrified of just about everything. I am beside myself with worry. I spent most of last night in a ravine behind the golf course trying to find him. The thought of him being alone, scared, cold and wet are almost too much to bear. Please help me find my baby. Thank you so much!!

Description: Mori is a small white schnauzer. His hair is wavy and he has a mustache. His ears aren't cropped, his tail is bobbed.

I have been notified by some neighbors that they received a call from Ameren about a scheduled outage. He is the info-The automated call (voicemail) said the outage at my location would be on Feb. 18, starting at 3 a.m. and lasting about 2 1/2 hours. It said the reason for the outage is "to improve electric reliability by maintaining the overhead power lines."
