PAID BELL RINGER OPPORTUNITIES:

Are you looking for something to do that will have a big impact on people in our community? Paid Bell Ringer Positions work from November 7th through December 24th.

The Salvation Army will be accepting IN-PERSON ONLY applications for paid bell ringers on the following dates:
* Friday, October 16th at 12:30 p.m. AND
* Monday, October 19th at 9 a.m.

It's that time of the year again where we're thinking about area children and teens who could really use a warm winter coat this year.

We are so grateful for FIVE POINTS WASHINGTON for joining us again as a VIP Coats for Kids drop-off location.

Be sure to drop off new or gently coats for newborns to adult sizes (for the many teens who need coats) at Five Points and thank them for all they do for the community.

Watch for The Salvation Army’s new Tree of Lights to shine brightly when the campaign kicks-off on Monday, November 2. We’ll be lighting this BEAUTIFUL NEW REAL TREE at Northwoods Mall on the War Memorial Drive side following the kick-off presentations.

Thank you to Northwoods Mall for letting us plant a real tree to use for our annual Tree of Lights campaigns. We'd like to give special recognition to Dalton at River City Landscapes in Dunlap with amazing support from Sam at Stone Leaf Nursery in Eureka for working with us to get this fantastic tree for the Tree of Lights Campaign. We also are very grateful for the team at JIMAX Landscaping for making sure the tree is taken care of throughout the year.
