Remember these cute kitties? Pringles and Miss Vickie were taken in by our furriends at and will be up for adoption at the PetSmart in Surprise (13764 W Bell Rd - just off Bell and Grand) starting Monday, Oct 20. An adoption councilor will be there with them from 11 - 4:30 daily. They are adoptable as singles or they can be adopted together. If they don't get adopted after a week at PetSmart, they will come back to 4Paws' Peoria location for adoption. They are very fun and playful and get along well with dogs and other cats.

Between ages 2-4, cats reach full development with their social maturity, set clear boundaries, and may become a bit more assertive—sometimes even stirring up conflict in multi-cat homes. Keep an eye on changing behaviors and help them adjust to avoid conflicts. Make sure there are plenty of resources spaced around the home to accommodate each cat's preferred personal area, engage in a couple of interactive play sessions each day to redirect building tension, and provide an enriched environment so cats don't start picking on each other. Watch for signs of tension between cats so you can work on the relationships before things escalate.

This was a bittersweet weekend for us. We transferred our last 3 cats to valued partners and no longer have any animals up for adoption. The kittens Miss Vickie and Pringles went to our friends at 4 Paws, Sun Cities 4 Paws Rescue, Inc. Miss Tootsie is now with a new rescue, Second Chance Animal Rescue and Sanctuary, Second Chance Animal Rescue and Sanctuary . Please give them a follow! Thank you to all of our adopters, donors, volunteers, and supporters over the past 5 years. We hope you'll continue to follow us as we will continue this page with adoption updates, animal news, events, etc.

"Felix and Fannie (formally BeauBeau & CoCo) are doing fantastic and of all their hair has grown back! Felix enjoys hanging out with the dogs and Fannie just tolerates them. Fannie is quite the snuggle bug and sleeps ON me at night and she's heavy! Felix prefers hanging by the sliding door watching the geckos on the patio.
They have completely adjusted to their new lives, and we love them!"
